Contemplating

We wake up early in order to contemplate the dawn on the beach of Cullera (Valencia). Beauty touches us all and keeps us trapped in contemplation.

Steps:

  1. Close your eyes and observe whether or not there are thoughts in your inner world.

  3. Finally close your ayes again and observe again your inner world.
